Submit Footage

1. Two phones, 90° apart. One straight on, one from the side.
2. Chest height, 10 to 15 ft away. Use a tripod or prop the phone on something stable.
3. 60 fps, landscape. Turn the phone sideways and set video to 60 fps.
4. Full body in frame. Head to feet, the whole time, with room to move.
5. Keep it steady. No zoom. Don't move or zoom the camera during a take.
6. Bright, even light. Avoid strong backlight and harsh shadows.
7. Fitted, contrasting clothes. Stand out from the background; avoid baggy clothing.
8. Clap at the start. One sharp clap both phones can see and hear, so we can sync them.
9. One move per take. Say the move name out loud before you start.
